Description: During the Marriage LINKS Plus Program, married couples will learn how to manage their relationship by using Dr. John Van Epp’s Relationship Attachment Model and its 5 dynamics: Know, Trust, Rely, Commit and Touch.  Couples will apply the R.A.M. principles to manage knowing each other through talking and togetherness, trusting in each other while keeping positive and respectful opinions, depending on each other and mutually meeting needs, committing to each other by cultivating deep feelings of belonging together and sexually fulfilling each other. 

The Job Skills/Career Advancement Services are then scheduled and provided by Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley. It starts with four weekly 3 hour classes: 1) Identifying Your Job & Career Options, 2) Making Career Decisions and Problem Solving, 3) Applying for a Job, and 4) Understanding Employer Expectations

Upon completion of these four classes, a Job and Career Development Specialist with GESMV will meet with you bi-weekly to help with your Individualized Employment Plan and to assist with your job search.
